Larry is currently the president of Leader Associates, a consulting organization providing senior management expertise in the
corporate and municipality industries. For over thirty years, Larry has served NY State in a variety of public sector roles
including ten years as the President of the Westchester County Association, Westchester NY’s premiere business forum and ten years
as Town of Bedford NY’s Supervisor. Larry combines strong leadership, communication and a vast network. He has served on dozens of
Board of Directors; currently serving on Hudson Valley Economic Development, Westchester Venture Group, Luban School of Business – Pace
University, Northern Westchester Arts Center, Westchester Community College.
George Dunkel

For nearly forty years, George has held a number of senior management roles in the banking industry. Most recently, for the past
sixteen years, George was the President & CEO of Community Bank of Sullivan County, President & CEO of State Bank of Westchester and
Executive Vice President of Hudson Valley Bank. George is on the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Central Bankers Bank, Mid-Hudson
Cooperative Insurance Company, New York Bankers Association, Independent Bankers Association of New York State, and Sullivan County
Partnership for Economic Development.
David A. Friedman

David has over thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently, David is a Director of 1st United Bank.
For over 32 years, David has been a practicing attorney in New Jersey and is of counsel to the law firm of Ridolfi, Friedman,
Frank, Edelstein & Backinoff located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. David has been Chairman of the Board of Directors for Advantage
Bank and a Director of the Broad Street National Bank. David was an organizer and Director of Commonwealth State Bank in Newtown,
Pennsylvania and First Capital Bank in York, Pennsylvania. In addition, David is also an active real estate developer and investor.
